Refunds and Cancellation

Right now, ZenBillOS is free. We are not able to take payment yet, and no card or bank details are collected anywhere in the app. Everything below is the policy that applies from the day paid plans begin, published in advance so you can read it before it costs you anything.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from inside the app. It takes effect immediately, and there is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not cut you off on the spot — you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel on day 3 of a month you paid for, you have 27 days left, and they are yours.
Refunds
If we took your money for something that did not work, tell us and we will refund it. That covers a failed or duplicate charge, being billed after you cancelled, and being charged for a period in which the service was unusable because of a fault on our side.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Money usually reaches an Indian bank account or card in 5 to 7 working days once we have issued it; the exact time is set by your bank and not by us.
What we do not normally refund is a period you had working access to and simply did not use. If your situation does not fit neatly into either description, write to us and a person will read it.
How to ask
Email help@zentarrix.com from the address on your account, and tell us what happened. Include the date and the amount if you have them; if you do not, we can find the charge ourselves.
We reply within 3 working days, and settle the outcome within 7. If we are going to say no, we will say why rather than letting it go quiet.
Your data when you leave
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account, and neither one destroys your records without warning.
You can export everything at any time, before or after cancelling, from Privacy and data inside the app. If you also delete your account, your personal details are erased and your invoices stay locked for six years because GST law requires it — set out in full in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and we will tell you in the app before anything that affects money takes effect.
